When Ilaria and Giovanni contacted me it was clear that they were an energetic couple, but being able to maintain that initial energy and the charge that you have in the organization even during the wedding is not so simple.
Then they told me they wanted to do the wedding in two days, the religious rite one afternoon, a symbolic rite and dinner the following afternoon.
Too distracting I thought, the guests risk getting tired... Then I understood. The guests were even more energetic and tireless than the newlyweds, there was a desire to party and getting involved in such an atmosphere was wonderful.
The photographer's job is undoubtedly to be an active part of the wedding, not just a passive witness, but a storyteller who participates and empathizes with those present, so in such a sparkling context it was easy for me to insert myself and accompany the bride and groom and their guests a journey… 2 days long!
As in any self-respecting journey, background music is very important, and we fell on our feet: Orange Blooms were able, with elegance, energy and feeling, to take us from the religious rite to the next day's party.
The first stage took us to the religious rite, celebrated in the Parish of Santa Rita in Padua, with a brief but very entertaining refreshment in the churchyard.
The second stage, which represented the highlight of the trip, was set in the province of Padua, at Villa Ca' Sagredo Toderini, a magnificent setting surrounded by greenery that combines the splendor of a villa with the simplicity of nature.
There was a second rite, symbolic this time, with the exchange of promises. A moving moment and without a doubt the most emotional of all 2 days.
Then party, aperitif, dance, dinner, party again and more dance.
The recipe was perfect, the couple were happy, magic was in the air.
